This rule is used to validate:

• Student Phone Number

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Expiry Date (Student Phone Number)

The expiry date (if provided) of a student's phone number must be reasonable. Phone Number Expiry date may not be more than 10 years in the future.

This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Where:

• {ExpiryDate} is the Expiry Date (Student Phone Number) for the record.
• {RefId} is the Reference ID (Student Phone Number) of the record.

This rule applies to:

• Release 5.5 – Updated Messaged and added RefID
• Release 2.12 – Added/Updated
