This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student Credential record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When setting an ASN to be Deactivated, the ASN cannot have any of the following credential records: Manual Credential Requirement, Exemption, Credential Requirement Set without status of “Not Assessing”, or Awarded Credential.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Additional Notes
Records that have the IsDeleted flag set to Yes are not to be considered for this validation rule.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Request. Cannot deactivate an Alberta Student Number with credential information, i.e. manual requirement, exemption, credential requirement set that does not have status of not assessing, or awarded credential.
