To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
This rule fails if:
- the PASICoreVersion = 0 (indicates a new record request)
- AND
- TransitionReason = Conversion
- OR
- TransitionReason = Updated by ASL AND client does NOT have the PASI System User Role
This rule should not fail for the deletion of a responsible school record.
Effective Period
- This rule applies to responsible school records across all school years.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Responsible School Transition Reason. A responsible school record cannot be created with a transition reason of “Data Conversion” or “Updated By ASL”.
