This rule is used to validate:

• Responsible School Effective Date

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Is Deceased

This rule fails where the student has a future-dated responsible school and the student has been marked as deceased (Is Deceased flag is true). No future-dated responsibility school records should exist where the student has been marked as deceased.

This rule does not apply to deleted responsible school records.

This rule only applies to responsible school records that have a School Code that is not null.

This rule sets the responsible school status record's Next Scan Date to the effective date of the responsible school record (if the rule fails or is in the future).

This rule ignores school enrolment records with any of the following:

• Lloydminster Public (A.3170), Lloydminster Roman Catholic (A.4870)
• Out of Alberta - School Authority Types 20

Expected Action: Responsible school to delete future-dated responsible school records for the student.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
