When an accommodation type is provided that has accommodation format(s) associated to it, the user must also specify an accommodation format.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Missing accommodation format. Where the accommodation type: {Accommodation Type} is specified, an accommodation format is also required.
