This rule is used to validate the following data in a Classroom Accommodation record:
Description
Classroom Accommodation records for the same student, school, accommodation type and accommodation format cannot overlap. Accommodations overlap based on the Start and End dates.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Overlapping Accommodations. Student {StateProvinceID} already has an accommodation at school {SchoolCode} with an accommodation of {AccommodationType} and format of {AccommodationFormat}.
