Description
If Delivery Schedule Code is 'MAJ' then first three characters of Course Code must be 'ESL'.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is effective until the 1999/2000 school year.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Delivery Schedule and Course Combination. Expected 'ESL' Course Code when Delivery Schedule Code is 'MAJ', but found {CourseCode}.
