To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The Section Start Date must be within a valid 2-year window (based on the school year). For example, if the School Year is 2011, then the Section Start Date must be between Jan 1, 2010 and Dec 31, 2011.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Section Start Date. The Section Start Date must be between {MinDate} and {MaxDate} for School Year {SchoolYear}.
Where:
- {MinDate} is the earliest date that the Section Start Date may be based on a 2 School Year window
- {MaxDate} is the latest date that the Section Start Date may be based on a 2 School Year window
- {SchoolYear} is the School Year submitted to the service
