This rule is used to validate:

• Reference ID (Section)

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Schedule Type
• Operating Schedule School Year
• Section School Year
• Section Term

When using the Term 'SUM', the School must have a School Calendar Year for offering 'Summer School' for the School Year on the Section.

This validation rule is in effect starting 1984/1985 school year.

This is the first school year PASI has school calendars in the system.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• Invalid Summer School Section. According to the information in PASI, School ({SchoolCode}) does not offer Summer School for the {SchoolYear} School Year.

Where:

• {SchoolCode} means the School Code field value submitted to the service
• {SchoolYear} means the School Year field value submitted to the service
