To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
An attempt was made to modify or delete a Section that has at least one associated Course Enrolment record with an approved mark value (IsMarkApproved = True). A section cannot be modified when there are associated course enrolments with approved mark values.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Cannot be updated. The section has associated course enrolment records with approved mark values. These mark values must be unapproved on the associated course enrolment records before any changes can be made to the section record.
