For users not on the 2017 endpoint, if they try to submit Enrolment Data through the Submit Course Enrolment service and mark a course as Dual Enrolment but do not provide a Partner PSI, they will receive a warning message.

This rule is used to validate:

• Partner PSI Provider Number (Course Enrolment) is NULL
  

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Is Dual Enrolment = ‘Y’
  

If – Is Dual Enrolment - is set to ‘Y’ then Partner PSI ID cannot be NULL.

This rule is effective starting 2017/2018 school years.

The user would then have to go into PASIprep 2.0 and address the Warning Work Item by selecting a PSI Name from the pre-filtered Partner PSI drop down data window.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
