Description
As of the Assignment Date, if the School is active, it must be associated to an active School Authority.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Assignment Date. For the Assignment Date ({Assignment Date}), there was not an active School Authority associated to the School ({SchoolCode}).
Where:
- {Assignment Date} means the Mark Assignment Date field value on the course enrolment record
- {SchoolCode} means the School Code on the Section associated to the course enrolment record
