This rule is used to validate:

• Reference ID (Course Enrolment)

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Entry Date
• Exit Date (Course Enrolment)
• Organization Status Effective Date
• Organization Status Is Active
• Section Reference ID (Course Enrolment)
• School Code (Section)

When both the Entry Date and Exit Date are provided, the School must be active for the duration of the enrolment period.

• Effective Starting School Year: 1978/1979

All SADS effective dates are 1978-01-01 so if rule fires for marks in School Year prior to 1979 it will fail.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• Invalid Enrolment Period. According to PASI, the School is not active for the duration of the Enrolment Period (from {EntryDate} to {ExitDate}).

Where:

• {EntryDate} means the Entry Date associated to the course enrolment record
• {Exit Date} means the Exit Date associated to the course enrolment record
