This rule is used to validate the following :

• Reference ID (Course Enrolment)

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Entry Date
• Exit Date (Course Enrolment)
• Organization Status Effective Date
• Organization Status Is Active
• Section Reference ID (Course Enrolment)
• School Code (Section)

When the Exit Date is provided but the Entry Date is not provided, the School must be active on the Exit Date.

• Effective Starting School Year: 1978/1979

All SADS effective dates are 1978-01-01 so if rule fires for marks in School Year prior to 1979 it will fail.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• Invalid Exit Date. According to PASI, the School is not active on the Exit Date ({ExitDate}).

Where:

• {ExitDate} mean the exit date of the course enrolment record
