Description
Course is not active on the Course Enrolment Entry Date, meaning that the course enrolment entry date falls outside of the course first school year and last school year values.
- Effective Starting School Year: 1978/1979

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Course Enrolment Entry Date. The course ({CourseCode}) is not active on the Entry Date ({EntryDate}).
