This rule is used to validate:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:

Description
This rule ensures that if a student has a course enrolment in any of the PSI courses, that the course enrolment is flagged as dual enrolment (i.e. Is Dual Enrolment = YES).
- Where: PSI Courses are identified as any course code starting with ‘PSI’ – for example: PSI1234
Effective Years
- Effective Starting School Year: 2017/2018
- Effective Ending School Year: 2019/2020
This rule is applicable on all the End-Points.
Additional Notes
Rule 40295 - Dual Enrolment Course Requires Associated Partner PSI ensures that if the Dual Enrolment Flag is set to 'Y' then the Partner PSI value is provided.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Missing Information. A course enrolment in the PSI Course Code {(CourseCode)} must be indicated as a dual enrolment.

- {CourseCode} means the course code passed in on the service.
