To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
Evaluated Marks cannot be submitted for a school year that is not within the 'Accepted' course mark school year range for PASI.
Accepted years are defined in the 'CourseMarkSchoolYear“ codeclass.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid School Year. The School Year {SchoolYear} for the Evaluated Mark is not within the PASI Accepted Marks range {EffectiveSchoolYear} to {ExpirySchoolYear}.
Where:
- {SchoolYear} means the school year for the evaluated mark record
- {EffectiveSchoolYear} means the earliest acceptable school year for submitting evaluated marks
- {ExpirySchoolYear} means the latest acceptable school year for submitting evaluated marks
