To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The Evaluation Date must be within the School Year dates of September 1 to August 31.
For example, if the School Year is 2011, then the Evaluation Date must be between September 1, 2010 and August 31, 2011.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Evaluation Date. The Evaluation Date must be between September 1 and August 31 for School Year {SchoolYear}.
Where:
- {SchoolYear} means the school year for the evaluated mark record
