Description
A Pass/Fail (P or F) Grade is not permitted when the Evaluation Method is CHA. Mark Format cannot = Pass/Fail.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Mark Value for Evaluation Method. When the Evaluation Method is Course Challenge a Pass/Fail (P or F) Grade is not permitted.
