This rule is used to validate the following :

• Evaluated Mark Reference ID

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Evaluated Mark Evaluation Method
• Is Diploma Course
• Evaluated Mark Course Code
• Evaluation Date
• Evaluated Mark School Year

Evaluation Methods of AAM, WPC, MPC and PVT cannot be used for Diploma courses.
The rule ensures that the course has an Course Evaluation Method = DPE and the Evaluation Date on the Evaluated Mark to ensure that the course was set as DPE on that date.

• Effective Starting School Year:1997/1998

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• Invalid Evaluation Method for Diploma Course. Diploma Courses cannot be submitted with an Evaluation Method of {EvaluationMethod}.

Where:

• {EvaluationMethod} means the evaluation method for the evaluated mark record
