Description
The Evaluation Method = EXCRED is not permitted for Courses on a Pathway where Is Evaluation Method Eligible = False.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Evaluation Method. {CourseCode} is not eligible to receive an External Credential Evaluated Mark for this Pathway.
Where:
- {CourseCode} means the course code for the evaluated mark record
