Description
Schools in the Territory authorities cannot be associated to Evaluated Marks.
This rule is not applicable when the Evaluated Mark is getting deleted.
Refer to Territory Authority for how to determine if an Authority is considered a “Territory Authority”.
This rule applies to all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Evaluated Mark from Territory School. Evaluated Marks cannot be submitted for a school in the Territory school authorities.
