Description
This rule will reject all create/edit/delete operations if the user does not have PASIprep Level 07A Permission - Manage Course Marks.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Unauthorized User. You are not authorized to update or delete Evaluated Mark records.
