Description
- If the record is Is Mark Approved = true, then this rule will reject all create/edit/delete operations if the user does not have PASIprep Level 08 Permission - Approve Course Mark Values.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Unauthorized User. You are not authorized to update or delete approved Evaluated Mark records.
