Description
When updating an Exam Session, the School Year cannot be changed.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Cannot change School Year. You cannot change the School Year associated to an existing Exam Session. Instead, delete the existing Exam Session, and submit a new Exam Session with the revised School Year.
