To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When submitting an Exam Sitting, if the Scheduled date for the sitting is provided, it must equal the Scheduled Date of the associated exam component except where the Exam Sitting is flagged as isSpecial (isSpecial = 1). If the Scheduled Date on the Exam Component is null, the rule should not fail.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Scheduled Date. The date of the Scheduled Exam Sitting must equal the Scheduled date on the associated exam component.
