To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
Invalid Capacity. Capacity must be a value greater than 0 and less than 501 when the Exam Type is DPE/PDE.
This rule does not apply to GED exams. This rule also does not apply when the Exam Sitting is to be deleted
