A Component Mark record for each Exam Component must be submitted.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Missing Component Mark or Exam Component. Component Marks can only be submitted for defined Exam Components. All defined Exam Components must have marks.
