Description
Mark Value should not be provided when the Mark Status is NW, WH, IN, IC or RE.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Unexpected Mark Value. When the Mark Status is {MarkStatus}, a Mark Value should not be provided.

- {MarkStatus} means the mark status on the diploma exam mark record
