Description
When submitting an Exam Mark with an Exam Mark Status other than Registered, the Exam Written On Date must be the current date or a date in the past.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Exam Written On Date. The Exam Written On Date ({ExamWrittenOnDate}) cannot be a future date. It must be a current date or a date in the past unless the Exam Mark Status is Registered.
Where:
- {ExamWrittenOnDate} means the exam written on date on the diploma exam mark record
