Description
Writing Centre is required when GED Exam Type is GED Exam: Alberta.

- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Additional Notes
This new rule is required to support the addition of out of province GED Exams. The Writing Center used to be always be required but with OOP it is only required for GED Alberta
