This rule is used to validate the following data in a Exam Sitting record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When submitting an Exam Sitting, the Scheduled Date must align with the School Year of the associated Exam Record. For example, for a 2011/2012 school year, the Scheduled Date must be between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2012.
This rule only applies when the Exam Sitting Scheduled Date is supplied.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Additional Notes
This rule will replicate rule 40,519 on the Submit Exam Sitting for the 201507EP.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Scheduled Date. The Scheduled Date for this Exam must be between January 1, {SchoolYear - 1} and December 31, {SchoolYear).
