To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When submitting a Diploma Exam Mark without an Exam Mark Status of Registered, the Exam's Registration Deadline Date/Time must be in the past.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect starting 2015/2016.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Exam Mark. A Diploma Exam Mark with a Mark Value cannot be submitted before the Exam's Registration Deadline Date/Time; it must be in the past unless the Exam Mark Status is Registered.
