Description
When submitting an GED Exam Mark with status of Regular, the exam writing date must be equal to the current date or a date in the past.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Exam Mark. A GED Exam Mark with a status of {Exam Mark Status} must be equal to the current date or a date in the past.
