Description
When submitting an GED Exam Mark with a mark value, the exam mark status cannot be 'Invalid' or Registered'.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Exam Mark. A GED Exam Mark with a status of {GED Exam Mark Status} cannot be submitted along with a Mark Value.
