To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
Only a Alberta Education (O.1) can submit a GED Exam Mark for a jurisdiction that is NOT 'GED-Alberta'.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Unauthorized user. You are not authorized to submit a {RecordType} for an non-Alberta jurisdiction. GED Exams written in a jurisdiction of '{GED Exam: Jurisdiction Code}' must be submitted by Alberta Education.
