To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When attempting to delete a waived fee, the waived fee must already exist in PASI. The service can not be used to create a waived fee that is deleted.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Cannot create a deleted student fee coupon. The student fee coupon (reference ID {Ref ID}) does not exist in PASI, and cannot be created as a deleted student fee coupon.
Where:
- {Ref ID} means the reference id on the waived fee record
