This service allows creation, deletion, and update of Waived Fee. Waived Fee are approved and submitted by Assessment and once created allow a student to register for a Diploma Exam in a specific course without being required to pay a diploma exam registration fee.
The Submit Student Fee Coupon service can be accessed by systems with the Submit Academic Record User role.
