This rule is used to validate:
Description
This rule checks if the PASI Core Version submitted in the service request exists within PASI's internal cache. When the PASI Core Version doesn't exist in the cache, the service will wait for up to 5 seconds for it to exist. If this wait time expires for the service, this error will be returned.
When this rule fails, the submitting service will not return a Rule 9002 - Invalid ASN rejection.
Additional Notes
This rule should be applied to any Submit service developed.
