The Get Student Record Document List service is used to get a list of student documents for a specific student. The image of the document is not returned, however, all attached Problem Report(s) and Quality Assurance Result(s) are returned.
The service can be accessed by systems with the View Student Document User role.
Access is validated in alignment with the Access to a Record section of the student document data access rules.

The Student Document Alberta Student Number (ASN) provided in the request is validated and the result is returned in the Availability Status:
The usage of this service is audited using Service Auditing including the auditing of Caller Information.
The Scheduled Student Record Disposal Date is returned for all students even if no documents are returned.

A list of Student Documents, each including:
Quality Assurance (and audit records) are only returned in alignment with the Access to a Record section of the Student Document Quality Assurance Data Access Rules
Problem Report Audit History records are only returned in alignment with the Access to a Record section of the student document problem report data access rules
Deleted records are also returned by this service.
