Scheduled Student Record Disposal Date
The date the student’s student record qualifies for disposal.

Calculation Rules
This date cannot be set by a user, and will only be set by PASI. This date is calculated based on the student’s Birth Date and Student School Enrolment information.1)
This date will be calculated and returned on the Get Student Record Document List whether or not there are documents to be returned.
No School Enrolments
If the student does not have any school enrolment records, then the Scheduled Student Record Disposal Date will be calculated as the student’s birth date + 27 years.
Based on School Enrolments
If the student has one or more school enrolments, the Scheduled Student Record Disposal Date will be calculated as September 1 of the seventh year following the year in which a student was last (or will be expected to be) enrolled in grade 12.
The year for the Scheduled Student Record Disposal Date is determined using:
Scheduled Student Record Disposal Date Year = {Selected School Enrolment School Year} + (12 – {Selected School Enrolment Grade}) + 7
Where the {Selected School Enrolment} is the student's school enrolment with the greatest grade. If the student has more than one school enrolment with the greatest grade, one with the most recent school year is used.
Examples Calculations
If the student does not have any school enrolments and was born on November 9, 2000, the scheduled disposal date would be November 9, 2027:
2000 + 27 = 2027
If the selected school enrolment was in 2017/2018 school year for grade 12, the scheduled display date would be September 1, 2025:
2018 + (12 – 12) + 7 = 2025
If the selected school enrolment was in 2017/2018 school year for grade 3, the scheduled display date would be September 1, 2034:
2018 + (12 – 3) + 7 = 2034
If the selected school enrolment was in 2017/2018 school year for Kindergarten, the scheduled display date would be September 1, 2037:
2018 + (12 – 0) + 7 = 2037
