Description
A user is not permitted to add or update a document if the current date is equal to or greater than the derived Scheduled Disposal Date for the document.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Document No Longer Available. Documents that have passed their Retention Period cannot be Added or Updated.
