The service can be accessed by systems with the Submit Student User role.

The following rules are used to validate the information provided in the request:
Once the request information has been successfully validated, the information will be recorded within the PASI Core and the PASI Core Version of the Student will be updated. Not providing a value will remove the existing value from the student. When being updated a corresponding Student Audit Event with an Audit Subject of SubmitPrimaryLanguageAtHome (Audit Subject) will also be created.
A successful response to this service will identify if the request was successfully applied. If not successful, the response identifies which validation rules failed.
