The Submit Diploma Exam Registration Request service is used to create or update the information stored in an Diploma Exam Registration Request that does not have a status of “Registered”. The service is intended to perform all the Diploma Exam Registration Request updates with the final update having the order go to a status of “Registered” or having the request be deleted.
This service can no longer be used to update the Diploma Exam Registration Request once it has been saved with a status of “Registered”.
This Submit Diploma Exam Registration Request service can be accessed by systems with the PASI System User role.

The Diploma Exam Registration Request Education Account Organization Code field is set only if the caller is not submitting the request via myPass public; the Organization from the caller's Extranet Profile will be used to populate the field.
The Student Activity record the for student is updated if the greatest School Year (Diploma Exam) of the associated Diploma Exam records is greater than the current Student Activity School Year.
