Diploma Exam Waived Fee

A Diploma Exam Waived Fee allows a student to register for a specific diploma exam without being required to pay an exam registration fee.
Waived Fees are created by Assessment for students enduring unforeseen circumstances (examples: forest fires, floods, etc.). Waived Fees can be automatically applied during the diploma exam registration process to pay the registration fee for the course code that the Waived Fee applies to.

A waived fee for a diploma exam registration:

  • Belongs to a specific student and cannot be transferred
  • Applies to a specific diploma course code
  • Cannot be used to pay for more than one exam registration (at one time)
  • Cannot be used to pay exam registration fees after its Expiry Exam Session (Exam Period, School Year).

For information regarding a coupon's status, please see Waived Fee Status.

Note: The waived fee is visible in PASIprep using the View Student - Waived Fees functionality to authorized users (PASIprep Level 34 - View Waived Fees).
