View Waived Fee
The View Waived Fee page is designed to look at the current information about a Diploma Exam Waived Fee. Secondary requirement is to allow the user to view the history on the waived fee.
The page consists of the following tabs:

| Details | Displays the current information on waived fees. No history is shown on this tab. |
| Audit History | Shows the full history of the waived fee. |

Data Fields
| Field Name | Description |

| ASN | Alberta Student Number for the Audit History. |
| Course | The Course Full English Name. Link to View Course |
| Fee Coupon Status | Status of the the Waived Fee Status |
| Expiry Exam Session | The last Exam Session (Exam Period, Expiry School Year) that the Diploma Exam Waived Fee could be used for. |
| Scheduled Exam Session | Date Time of the exam session that is scheduled. |
| Reason | Reason that the Diploma Exam Waived Fee was created. |
| Reference Number | Reference Number of the Waived Fee. |

Audit History Tab
This section contains a PASIprep Audit History Grid which lists all changes made to the selected Diploma Exam Waived Fee.
Waived Fee information for each version of the record (including the current version) identified in the request will be retrieved from PASI Core and displayed.
Data Fields
The following information is available in the audit history grid section of the screen, which provides audit data for the Diploma Exam Waived Fee in context:

| Updated On | Date and time the Diploma Exam Waived Fee was updated. |
| ASN | Alberta Student Number for the Audit History. |
| Expiry Exam Session | The last Exam Session (Exam Period, School Year) that the Diploma Exam Waived Fee could be used for. |
| Reason | Reason that the Diploma Exam Waived Fee was created. |
| Deleted | Indicates whether the Diploma Exam Waived Fee is deleted. |
| Updated By | Name of the User that created the update. |
| Updated By Organization | Name of the Organization (Organization Code) that created the update. |
