View Course
The View Course page allows a user to view the current Course information.
The page includes of the following tabs:

| Details | Shows the course details. |
| Completion Methods | Shows the list of completion methods available for the course. |
| Authorized Credit Levels | Shows the list of available credit levels for the course. |
| Permitted Organizations | Shows the list of organizations that are permitted to offer the course. |
| Course Relationships | Shows the relationships that exist for the course. |
This page uses the Get Course service.

Title/Sub-Title
A title of “View Course” is available in the header area of each “view course” tab/screen. Below the title, the subtitle displays information for the course in context, in the format '{Course Code} – {Course Full Name English}'.
Course Details Tab
This tab shows the current information on the course.

Data Grid Columns
The following attributes are included in this data grid:

- When Organization Code on Permission = ‘A.*’ an Organization value of “All Authorities” is to be displayed.
- When Organization Code is not “A.*”, to display the {Organization Name ({Organization Code})} for the Organization Code (Course Permission).

- When Credit Versions on the permission is null, a value of “All authorized credit levels” is to display in the Credit Version column next to the organization information.
- When Credit Versions on the permission is not null, a separate row should be displayed for each available credit version on the permission record for the Org. Displays the Credit Version value from the Credit Versions (Course Permission) record.
- First School Year
- Displays the First School Year (Credit Version) value from the Credit Versions (Course Permission) record.
- Last School Year
- Displays the Last School Year (Credit Version) value from the Credit Versions (Course Permission) record.
- Effective Start Date
- Where Use Course Effective Dates = Yes, displays the Effective Start Date (Credit Version) value from the Credit Versions (Course Permission) record. Otherwise, this column is blank for the record.
- Effective End Date
- Where Use Course Effective Dates = Yes, displays the Effective End Date (Credit Version) value from the Credit Versions (Course Permission) record. Otherwise, this column is blank for the record.

The tab shows the a list of the types of Course Relationships for the course.

Prerequisite Rules Grid
A title of “Prerequisite Rules” is included above this data grid, followed by a sub-title of “Identifies the required prerequisite courses.”.
This data grid contains a list of all Course Relationships for the course with a Relationship Type (Course) of “PRQ”.

- Related Course(s)
- displays a comma separated list of the Related Courses for the Course Relationship record. Each course includes the following information: “{(Long) Description} ({Course Code}) (following the current PASI standards for course information). The related course records are sorted alphabetically by course code ascending (A-Z).
Where no records are returned in this grid, to display the standard text “No records found”.

WPC Equivalencies Grid
A title of “WPC Equivalencies” is included above this data grid, followed by a sub-title of “A student will not be awarded Waived Prerequisite Credits in this course if they already have credits in one of these courses:”.
This data grid contains a list of all Course Relationships for the course with a Relationship Type (Course) of “WPC”.

This data grid contains a list of all Course Relationships for the course with a Relationship Type (Course) of “CHA”.
