Description

This rule enforces that if payment is not expected for an Exam Registration Request that there should be no Exam Registration Fees associated to the Request that has not been deleted and has an Amount Collected value > $0.00.

This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

  • Unexpected Fee Information. When the Payment Method on the Request is “N/A”, there should be no Exam Registration Fee record associated to the Request that has an Amount Collected > $0.00
