To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
This rule enforces that the Request will be linked to at least one associated Exam Mark record that is not deleted. The link is established based on the existence of Exam Registrations Items in the Request information.
This rule does not apply if the Request is deleted (or will be updated to deleted).
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Empty Exam Registration Request. At least one Diploma Exam Registration must be associated to the Request that has not been deleted.
