Rule 62001 - Invalid Change for Payment Pending Registration

This rule enforces that only the Request Status, Request Expiry Date/Time, Payment Transaction ID, Waive Reason and Amount Collected can be modified on an Exam Registration Request with a status of Payment Pending.
The Amount Collected on the associated Exam Registration Fee records can also be updated when the Request is in a Payment Pending status.

This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

  • Invalid change for Payment Pending Registration. Only the Request Status, Request Expiry Date/Time, Payment Reference ID, Waive Reason, and Amount Collected on the Request and the associated Fee records can be modified for a Request in Payment Pending status.
